1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Digital/downloadable items are non-refundable
- Custom-made services and development work are non-returnable
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@techbuildz.us with your order number and reason for the return
- Await confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back to the return address provided
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank
- Then contact us at info@techbuildz.us
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
